What songs have become

Over the years the songs that our generation listen to have noticely been getting worse. By worse I mean more vulgar and innapropraite. Back in the 80's 90's ect. the songs were still inappropriate but to a lower level. The songs didn't straight out tell you they were about drugs or sex or living a pointless life. Back then those songs were very discreet about the meanings. Many of the Beatles' early songs were conventional stories of young love and attraction. As the band matured, the stories grew darker and more true to life.

Now the songs of our generation will talk about the same drugs and sex and about how cool it is to just have fun and not try hard in life. These songs however dont even try to hide their meanings. Songs like "Young Wild and Free" by Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa, this songs is about getting drunk, high how it doesnt matter what you do with your life as long as your haging fun. "Dance Again" by Jennifer Lopez and Pitbull, is a song about wanting to dance and love and have sex. Then there is Lady Gaga, all of her songs are about either love/lust lesbians, gays and having sex. Theses songs and artists dont even try to hide the awful meanings of their songs. Society no longer seems to care about protecting the younger generation from bad influences. I was once told by a teacher that the music you listen to greatly defines what kind of person you are, and what kind of person you might become. Next time you listen to a song really listen to the lyrics, think about what you are listening to and what the songs really means. Then decide whether or not the music you listen to is making a positive or negative efect on your life.

She has won many awards during her career and she has rised to stardom without the help of drugs, attention seeking or anyother personal transformation.

Miley Ray Cyrus (born Destiny Hope Cyrus; November 23, 1992) is an American actress and pop singer-songwriter. She achieved wide fame for her role as Miley Stewart?Hannah Montana on the Disney Channel sitcom Hannah Montana. From then Miley recorded numerous albums as Miley Cyrus and also Hannah Montana. For ahwile she was a wonderful inspiration to young girls and she starred in a few well known movies such as the Disney movie Bolt , her own movie Hannah Montana The Movie and The Last Song. Eventually HollyWood got ahold of her and she made quite a few drastic changes that were not good at all. For example; She started singing songs like Can't Be Tamed and dressing quite inappropriately. She also started acting out and getting herself into a lot of trouble. Once known as Hannah Montana, good role model for young girls has know turned into a new Miley Cyrus, who apperantly can't be tamed.
